Ha Minh, Tran Vu is an experienced infrastructure projects manager and policy consultant in Vietnam and Japan. She is one of a few Vietnamese with a wide range of expertise in business management, accounting, audit, policy-making, and law. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Business Management, a Bachelor of Law from Hitotsubashi University (Japan), and a Master of Professional Accounting from Aoyama University (Japan).
